Denchi Group have worked with RM since 2017, with RM operating as our outsourced IT department. RM provide us with a Managed Service Agreement which covers all our day-to-day IT requirements including helpdesk support, Microsoft 365 cloud services and telephony via Microsoft Teams.
We have weekly on-site visits as part of our support arrangement, and this has proven invaluable to our staff over the years. The team at RM also carry out ongoing maintenance and checks of our server and network infrastructure and provide backup services for our data. We’ve been delighted to see RM continue to add in members of staff to their team who all seem to adopt their ethos and work ethic and are approachable and knowledgeable. We’d have no problem recommending RM for any business seeking to bring in an IT support provider.
