We have worked with the team at RM for a number of years and have always received a first class level of support and guidance for all of our IT requirements.
During 2022 we had RM migrate our in-house VoIP PBX phone system to the Microsoft 365 Teams Phone platform, with our calling plans provided in partnership with HighNet. Moving our phone system to a hosted system has provided our team with a far greater degree of flexibility and ability to make and receive calls wherever they are working from. RM were able to assess our previous system and provide a clear quote and project outline for the migration work required. The RM team provided expert guidance whilst moving us to the new system and continue to support us as required with their approachable and friendly technical team.
