For many years RM have carried out support and development of our IT Systems including server infrastructure, network infrastructure, email services, desktop management and Cyber Essentials security accreditation.
We have always had an excellent working relationship with RM and are very pleased with the level of technical expertise they have been able to apply and knowledge they have been able to bring to the organisation to help ensure we maintain appropriate and secure IT systems.
In order to embrace remote working in a secure manner we engaged RM to provide an overhaul of our existing setup. The team were able to provide advice and guidance on our network connectivity, licensing, additional network security, and cloud solutions whilst also sourcing new laptop hardware for to our staff providing a simple to use solution going forward.
RM have a great team of very helpful and courteous support technicians and we are always pleased with the way technical issues are handled. Over the years we have seen superb commitment from their team when it comes to project delivery, often with much of the disruptive work being undertaken over evenings and weekends to avoid inconvenience to our staff and customers. On the rare occasion that we have a major technical issue or emergency we are able to get a hold of key staff quickly, who never fail to respond immediately, so have never been left waiting for a solution.
